Yellow balloons will be attached via a string anchored on the bottom of the pipe. The balloon will be floating on the water's surface with a small portion (<= 1") of the balloon submerged. The water will be about 5" at the deepest point which is 1" below the pipe edge and about 6" below the bottom of all bridges. The ramp from the starting block to the water will be at 20° instead of the originally stated 30° and will fully extend underwater to the bottom of the pipe - allowing a robot to enter and exit the water if desired.
